Hotshots has a no refund policy and reserves the exclusive and sole right to consider, grant, or deny any credit transfer requests. Any credits granted that were requested before the late registration date will include a $15 Administrative Fee. After Skill Evaluations there will be a  $25 Administrative Fee for any approved credit transfers. Once the teams have been made, approved credit transfers will be $35.

Credits will NOT be given for a player that did not get a coach, friend, or practice request. We cannot guarantee these requests.
